Do I need a website or online store?
No. Your WhatsApp or Instagram ads are enough: the customer writes, the agent takes the order. If you already have a store (Shopify, YouCan…), look at the Store Agent instead.
How does the customer pay?
On delivery. The agent takes and confirms the order, then it goes to your carrier — the customer pays on receiving the parcel.
Does it work on Instagram and Messenger?
