How does order confirmation via WhatsApp work?
As soon as an order comes in from your store, UpConfirm sends an official WhatsApp message (a Meta-approved template) with three buttons: confirm, edit address, cancel. With no reply, the customer is followed up at 2h then 4h. Once confirmed, the order is sent automatically to your delivery company.
How much does order confirmation via WhatsApp cost?
Automated messages cost 0 DH per month: you pay 1.8 DH per confirmation on Starter, 1.6 DH on Growth and 1.2 DH on Pro. An unconfirmed order is never billed, and a cancellation or duplicate after confirmation is refunded.
Do I need an online store?
No. If your orders come from a store (Shopify, YouCan…), automated messages confirm them on their own. If you sell directly on WhatsApp or Instagram, with no site, the WhatsApp Agent takes and confirms the order end to end.
Are these really official WhatsApp messages?
Yes, templates approved by Meta. No number getting banned, no risk of a block.
